Return Policy

Customers who wish to exchange a full priced product are able to do so with in 30 days of the online purchase and must contact Elm Place Homewares on 1800 213 863.

Credits and refunds only apply if the product was bought at full price and is deemed faulty.  The return must be accompanied by or in original packaging, unwashed and unused.

Elm Place are happy to exchange SALE items with in 7 days of the online purchase.  There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS on all Sale items, unless the product is deemed faulty and must be accompanied by or in original packaging, unwashed and unused.  Please contact Elm Place Homewares on 1800 213 863.
